Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but darn it, we're often in a rush! Here are some of our favorite ideas for a light and energetic breakfast.
1. The Magic Cup of Yogurt and Biscuits In a glass, add in sequence: a spoonful of natural yogurt, some fresh berries, and then crumbs from our Cinnamon or Oat cookies. Repeat in 3 layers. Kids love the fact that it looks like a "dessert" but is actually an incredibly nutritious breakfast.
2. Warm Dip Warm a glass of milk (or plant-based alternative as desired) without boiling. Choose the Veneta chocolate biscuit, which has the perfect texture to melt slowly as soon as you dip it in the milk without turning into powder. Ideal for a slow awakening.
3. Biscuit Sandwich Use our natural unfilled biscuits and spread a little sweet ricotta or organic jam in the middle, making a cute mini-sandwich. This makes the eating process more fun for them.
